Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your items ship.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Shipping

We currently ship all UK orders with Royal Mail.

2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Most UK orders fall between £2.99–£4.99.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time:
7–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost:
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed automatically once your order ships.

Customs & Duties (Outside the UK)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These vary by location and are not included at checkout.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — but a new shipping fee will apply.
